Volunteering
There are many volunteer opportunities at Independence Association. They range from helping with homework to taking groups bowling or to church services. It sounds fun because it is fun, and rewarding in ways you can't imagine until you experience it. For volunteer information contact the Program Manager at the Learning Center @ 729-4912.

Mentoring
Are you patient? Compassionate? A good listener? Do you enjoy cheering people on as they strive to reach their goals? Are you willing to be a role model and share what you know and make new friends at the same time? Then you have what it takes to be a mentor! Contact the Program Manager at the Learning Center at 729-4912 to find out more about how your experience can help others.
